Learning Outcome

Participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the AML/CTF requirements by Securities Commission Malaysia and BNM;
  2. Distinguish the relevancy of the requirements for FP/FA firm and its representatives;
  3. Employ the relevant procedures in the AML/CTF framework when discharging their daily duties; and
  4. Manage practical issues and/or risks faced in their daily duties in complying with AML/CTF requirements
