Mr NK Foo is the Principal Advisor and Director of NK Foo Business Solutions Sdn Bhd, a Business Advisory & Consultancy Company.

The Company offers a wide range of services targeted mainly at small to medium sized businesses as well as individuals. This would include:-

  • Project loans and Bank Credit Applications

  • Credit Line Restructuring with Financial Institutions

  • Business Planning

  • Accounting Information System Design, Implementation and Training using  AccTrak21 Accounting software

  • Company Secretarial Services

Mr NK Foo has over 20 years of experience in the financial and business sectors. He spent 17 years of his career with two top foreign banks in Malaysia. During this period he has served in various managerial capacities both at Head Office and branch level. He was the Branch Manager of various branches throughout Malaysia. His last posting was as Area Manager & Vice President of Sabah Branches. His knowledge of the banking & financial sector is broad and wide-ranging. This enables him to impart sound and useful financial knowledge to others in his role as a Business Advisor and Management Consultant.

After he left the Bank in 1997, NK joined a Sabah private building construction company in Kota Kinabalu as Executive Director. The Company is currently undertaking a RM60 million Sabah Government building contract. He was later promoted to be the Chief Executive Officer. He gained valuable practical experience in Corporate, Tax Planning and Project Management.

In Jan’ 2002 he formed his own Business Advisory and Management Consultancy firm, NK Foo Business Solutions Sdn Bhd.

He is also a Certified Financial Planner licensee and was engaged as a facilitator for students taking the CFP modular course by a public listed education group of companies.
