Lee is the first financial advisor who advocates the INTEGRATED
approach to estate planning. Your Will, testamentary trust, living
trust, life insurance nomination, EPF nomination and business
ownership must be coordinated and integrated into a coherent estate
plan so that everything will fall into place in the event of
premature death. It is even more critical to plan comprehensively in
the unfortunate event of double tragedies (where both parents perish
together) leaving both estates frozen while the children who are left behind are in need of immediate cash flow.
Lee is also the pioneer who advocates 3P objectives of integrated
estate planning as we all want to PROVIDE the best for our family,
both when we are around and when we are not. We want to safeguard the interest and future of our loved ones. We want to protect the fruits
of our labor against the claims of creditors so that the maximum can
be PRESERVED. The wealth can then be PERPETUATED to the intended
beneficiaries and our favorite charities in the most appropriate
