Karunamoorthy has been involved in the insurance and financial services industry since 1979. His wide range of experience includes being involved in sales, agency management training, consultancy, author, writer of financial course manuals and speaker at local and international forums.
He is a pioneer consultant and trainer in the areas of succession planning for business owners and estate planning. Since 1988, he has worked with insurance and financial practioners in the preparation of ‘Buy-Sell’ and ‘Key-Man’ Agreements. Karuna has provided his expertise over the years to financial institutions, banks, insurance and unit trust companies, trust corporations and a wide range of professional bodies. He is also a regular trainer in law and financial planning and has authored several books and publications on these subjects.
