Corporate Failure – Early Warning Signs

Participants will have a better understanding of the current state of credit markets and appreciate the importance of the credit cycle. You will learn and recognize accounting irregularities and gauge performance using ratio analysis. Participants will gain an appreciation of the rating agency approach and understand the differences in the analytical approaches between the lender and investor. You will also gain insight into the importance of credit analysis valuation.
